the home is a 3 story, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom in the heart of point judith The front boast a spacious first floor deck and the second floor contains a Juliet balcony - all decks with sweeping ocean views. The back of the home has a 3 season porch with a table to seat 8 for eating and a 2nd story balcony overlooking the Iconic PT. judith light house (the last naval battle of wwii occurred there)
there is shore access in front of the house (rocky so water shoes required) The house is just under a mile (0.9) to 3 major sandy beaches - Scarborough State Beach, Camp Cronin (free parking) and Roger William State Beach.
the neighborhood and yard is perfect for kids It has a fence around the entire property that does not take away from views. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are on the first floor that walks out to the 3 season porch.
the living room has a large couch and a 85 inch 4k hd tv The kitchen has large table that seats 8 people, white farmhouse sink, and beautiful quartz countertops with marble backsplash and white cabinets.
the decks have chairs on each level overlooking the ocean There is a large propane grill (propane included). There is also a large outdoor shower in the back yard.

the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cups, plates, silverware, coffee pot machine, nespresso machine
fresh beach and bath towels are provided as well as freshly cleaned egyptian giza linens All beds are made prior to moving in for a hotel-like experience. The comforters are cleaned after every stay.
